Cancellation Period: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Should you need to cancel your booking, we require notification at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
More than 30 days prior to departure: Full refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee of LSL3000.00 or fees.Within 30 days of departure: Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees, and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation, using the original method of payment.
2. Modifications and Changes:
Change Requests: Should you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change of dates, accommodations, or activities), please contact our customer service team at least 14 days prior to departure.
Change Fees: Changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees, depending on the nature of the modification and availability.
3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to Arrive: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point), no refunds will be issued.
4. Force Majeure:
Unforeseen Circumstances: Oceans Holiday Getaways reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or travel advisories. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered, or refunds will be provided as appropriate.
